The Pride After Dark membership content is intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age and older.
3. Products and Services
We offer the following products and services:
- Digital Vision Book — a downloadable digital workbook delivered via instant access link
- Hardcover Vision Book — a physical book printed and shipped to your address
- Digital + Hardcover Bundle — both versions combined
- The Rebuild Workshop — a live virtual session conducted via video call
- The Pride After Dark Membership — a monthly recurring subscription managed through Patreon
- Free Resources — downloadable resources available in exchange for your email address
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been processed and confirmed.
Payment for products and services is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
For monthly membership subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.
5. Digital Products — Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered via access link immediately upon payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure you can access digital files before purchasing. We do not offer refunds on digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
You may use digital products for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share digital products with others.
6. Physical Products — Shipping and Delivery
Physical books are printed on demand and shipped within 5 to 7 business days of order confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers.
Once an order has been submitted to our print partner for fulfillment it cannot be cancelled or modified. If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us at admin@thejonesfamculture.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date.
We currently ship within the United States only.
7. Refund and Return Policy
Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue accessing your product please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Physical Products: If your physical book arrives damaged or defective we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
Workshops: Workshop seats are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
Membership: Monthly membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through Patreon. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial month refunds.
8. Workshops — Terms of Participation
By purchasing a workshop you agree to the following:
- Sessions are conducted via video call and require a stable internet connection
- Sessions are recorded for personal use and a recording link will be provided to attendees
- You may not record, reproduce, or distribute workshop content without our written permission
- We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive or disrespectful manner without refund
- Workshop dates and times are subject to change with reasonable notice
9. Membership — The Pride After Dark
The Pride After Dark membership is available through Patreon and is governed by both these terms and Patreon's own terms of service. Membership content is intended for adults 18 and older and contains mature themes.
Membership content is for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, screenshot, or reproduce membership content outside of the platform. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on thejonesfamculture.com including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital products, and video content is owned by The Jonesfam Culture and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our content without our express written permission.
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
11. User Conduct
When using our website or participating in our community spaces you agree not to:
